Mmmm dirt.  This recipe comes from my cousin Francine.  It's a party time favorite and it's so easy to make.  I prepared the dirt in individual serving cups but you can just as easily layer the dirt ingredients in a large bowl or Pyrex dish.  Oh and just on a side note my Oreos are red because I could only find the holiday version otherwise they would have the white filling.  I actually hoped to find green filing but had no such luck.  Anyways, here's what you need to make this treat.

Dirt Pudding by Francine

Ingredients:  8oz cream cheese, 1/4 C margarine or butter, 1 C powdered sugar, 12oz cool whip, 2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding, 1 1/2 C milk, 1 large package of Oreo cookies.

Instructions:

1. Cream together- cream cheese, margarine/butter, powdered sugar, cool whip, pudding, and milk until it has cream cheese consistency to it.

2. Smash Oreos in a gallon size zip lock bag

3. Line bottom of container with Oreos

4. Then add pudding mix

5. Repeat layering (Oreo, pudding, Oreo, etc) and finish with Oreos on top.

6. Garnish with Gummy worms

7. Refrigerate until served

Enjoy!
